CONSIST Training Centre, Ulu Kelang

MIS-BOSET is stand for Minimum Industrial Standard - Basic Offshore Safety and Emergency Training. I was attending this training on 22 until 24 November 2010. This training was held at CONSIST Training Centre, Jalan Ulu Kelang for 3 days. This training is required for someone who going to offshore either for work or just simple trip. This is must and luckily i don't have to pay for the fees. The total amount is near RM2200 per participant. Thanks to MMC Oil & Gas Engineering ..

1. Offshore Safety Induction
2. Sea Survival
3. Boat Transfer & Swing Rope
4. Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET)
5. Re-Breather
6. Basic Fire Fighting
7. First Aid & CPR

DAY 1

• Registration
• Trainer introduction, Safety & Facilities Briefing
• BASIC OFFSHORE SAFETY INDUCTION (THEORY)
• SEA SURVIVAL (THEORY)
• SEA SURVIVAL (PRACTICAL-POOL)

DAY 2

• HUET & RE-BREATHER (THEORY)
• HUET & RE-BREATHER (PRACTICAL)
• HUET at CONSIST:
• 1. straight ditch and escapes (without re-breather and without windows fitted)
  2. straight ditch and escapes (with re-breather and without windows fitted)
  3. capsize and escape (without re-breather and without windows fitted)
  4. capsize and escape (with re-breather and without windows fitted)
  5. capsize and escape (with re-breather and with windows fitted)

Deep Pool (HUET)
