Internship for Human Resource Management Students

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
- HR Administration (60%)
- Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including personal details of all new staff members and updating and accurately maintaining data of all existing employees.
- • Prepare reports for management
- • File physical HR records in HR filing cabinet
- • Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Projects (after the initial settling-in phase of 1-2 months) (40%)
- Depending on the interest and background of the individual.
- • Create Employee packs Provide assistance for staff and advice (to help implement policies and changes in the workforce)
- • To devise and implement policies which select, develop and train staff
- • Establish and implement adequate training and induction programs for new staff
- • Develop policies that affect working conditions, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 5 month(s).
