KEMAMAN BITUMEN COMPANY SDN BHD (KBC) is operating an oil refinery in Kemaman, Terengganu, primarily to produce bitumen and other oil product. We are looking for a suitable qualified candidate to fill the following position:

Assistant Shift Supervisor

(Terengganu - Kemaman)

Responsibilities:

Operate the furnace optimally

Ensure soot blowing is carry out every second day

Show strong leadership and good example to subordinate

Continuously coach subordinates

Ensure expenses are within budgeted amount

Ensure that the PTW system is continuously adhered to

Ensure staff and contractors follow safety regulation

Follow safety regulation

Monitor equipment conditions and promptly issue notification if any equipment are not functioning as expected

Requirements:

Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrument, Operation/Process p , ;     pppreferably  from INSTEP

Experience in Petroluem or Petrochemical at least 5 years

Good knowledge of HSSE regulations and legislation

Proactive with good analytical and problem solving skills
